It's time for new presentation tools

Illustration for article titled Its time for new presentation tools

If you, like me, have to hold a presentation every now and then you know the struggle of creating an appealing presentation that does not look like the previous one.

You want to hook your audience.

But usually the audience gets distracted very easily and if your presentation does not offer something new, it will be very difficult to get them back.

That’s why I am constantly on the lookout for new tools to create a stunning presentation.

So here is what I have discovered and found to be very helpful.

The first tool I came across is not a typical presentation tool you would think of in the first place. It is a flippingbook.

Flipping Book

With a flipbook you can show your content to your audience in the format of a digital magazine. It lets you add rich media such as video, music and images plus you can add hyperlinks. Adding such media allows your presentation to be more interactive and you will keep your audiences attention. Nevertheless, the best part of it all is that you can easily share your created flipping book with your audience and they will be able to access it from everywhere and from every device.

From all the positive feedback I got from using a flipping book for my presentation, I can really recommend for you to try it too! (There are also free flipping book software on the market so you won’t have to pay a dime)

The second tool I would like to mention is Canva.

With Canva you can create attractive presentations. You can choose from a variety of already premade templates and you are also able to customize them. Plus you can decide if you want to choose one of the images from their stock library or upload your own images.

These are the two presentation tools I have found to be most successful.

So go ahead and try them for yourself!

I am more than happy to hear about your experiences!
